The Problems And Research On Political Socialization Of Civil Servant’s In Jilin Province

As an important means to ensure social stability,political socialization is directly related to China’s success or failure of social development and reform. Researching on the political socialization is not only a theoretical issue to improve the political and social research, but also a concrete one which can adjust to social change and development of our country, especially for the problems to be solved in the current background. The public servants of Jilin province are the leaders in every cause, so the degree of political socialization is related to the future development of Jilin. Therefore, researching on the political socialization of Jilin Province and seeking for the measures contribute to the creations of the ways and means in China’s civil and political society, and also promote the civil servants to form the political attitudes and political beliefs which are favorable to the society in the process of political socialization faster and better, thus ensuring the political and social stability and economic development in Jilin province.The article is divided into four parts, starting with the meaning of political socialization of civil servants, the characteristics of political socialization of civil servants and the theoretical basis of political socialization of civil servants and the discussions in terms of the basic theory of political socialization; followed by pointing out and analyzing the main political and social issues lie in the political socialization of civil servants in Jilin Province, including the shake and lack of political beliefs.the political values tending to utilitarian, the weakening of political responsibility and low levels of participation in politics; then, from the two aspects of social factors and individual factors, analyze the reasons of political socialization of civil servants, ending with the approach to optimize the political socialization of civil servants.which are:first, build a new political culture, political socialization of content optimization, second,promote civil and political interaction of personality and behavior, optimizing political way, third,carry out the construction of socialist democracy deeply and optimize the political environment.
