People-oriented concept has gained recognition in the moment, and we emphasize the harmonious relationship between man and nature, man and society in the developmen. This philosophy echoes with Marx’s thought of man. In the system of Marxist philosophy, the thought of man occupies an important position, and it can be said that Marx thought it was the core and essence of his theoretical system. The domestic scholars have done meticulous research, but could not reach a consensus understanding. This article attempts to re-examine the formation process of Marx’s thought of man, and interpret it on the basis of "The German Ideology".We must do some theoretical preparations at the beginning. In the preface I summarize research status and the different views of scholars about Marx’s thought of man. This article is expanded around these differences. Of course, in order to interpret Marx’s thought of man, we must understand the development of the thought of man in the history of western philosophy, and elaborate the necessary historical background and theoretical background of Marx.Marx’s thought of man is not easy, and it has a process of creation, development and improvement. It is necessary to systematically analyze the development course of Marx’s thought of man. The process is inseparable from Marx’s series of text. This paper attempts to find the trajectory of Marx’s thought of man in these texts, and demonstrate Marx’s concepts of personal values and free development."The German Ideology" is an important text, marking the formation of Marx’s thought of man. In this text, Marx proposed the revolutionary concept of "the real person", and elaborated on this basis the process of the individual falling into a state of alienation, as well as the prerequisite for individuals to achieve the freedom development. This article focuses on the clarification of the concept of "the real personal" and its connotation. On this basis the author demonstrates the development path of an individual. This paper tries to complete the elaboration of the "man" development path and demonstrate how to achieve this goal.
