Research On Several Problems Of College Students As Village Official Plan

The plan of college students as "village official", which was proposed by the CPC Ce ntral Committee, focusing on the construction of new socialist countrysides and the consoli dation of the ruling base of the party in rural areas, and developing reserve talents who a re familiar with rural basic level and have deep feeling with the masses of people, is of str ategic significance.College Students as "village official"such an obvious time mark of social groups, wa s quickly understood and accepted in rural area of China, and the plan was widely carrie d out in practice.Through the applying of the plan, the organization construction of rural ba sic level was strengthened, the cohesion of the organization was enhanced, young cadres w as reserved for the party and the nation, the quality of rural cadre was enhanced, the develo pment of economic, social and cultural in rural was stimulated, the living standard and th e degree of civilization of farmer was raised, a new approach to the development and exerc ise platform for knowledge youth was provided, and thereafter, the employment pressure o f College students was alleviated, as well.However,in these years of implementation proces s, many problems were also encountered, suchas motivation differences, identity is not cl early,the role is difficult to locate,do not long,stay no long;the job is incommensura te; the deviation of use and management and etc.These problemshave affected the impl ementation of the plan,the new rural construction, and the stableof" the university studen t village official" team.Combined with the status of reality inthe implementation of this pro gram.previous doctrine and problems arising in the course were carefully studied and analy zed,and recommendations forthe effectiveimplementation of this program in the long-term, through the joint efforts of the government,grassroots organizations and universities to ens ure effective implementation of the Student Village scheme, were produced.The full text is divided intofive parts. The first part introduces the research backgroun d and its significance, summary of the research results, the research ideas and methods, an d research difficulties and innovations. The second part presents the practical significanc e of the plan and its role in the course of development. In the third part, a number of issue s arisen in the implementation of the program and the reasons for them were studied. In Pa rt IV, some suggestions to improve the plan, covering from completing the Student Vill age selection and appointment system, training system, examination system, circulatio n system after the expiration and other long-term mechanism,were given.Theeffectiveimp lementationoftheplan was discussed,mainly from the aspects of government, rural grassroots organizations, the collegestudents official, schools and colleges, and the society from all walks of life.
