Investigation On The Status Of Implementation Of Village Official Plan For College Students In Yuyao City

Guiding and encouraging college graduates to work in rural grassroots is a major decision made by the CPC Central Committee. It’s been 19 years since the implementation of College Student Village Official Scheme, and it is given lofty strategic significance in the context of the new rural construction. College Student Village Official Scheme has important practical significance for easing the problems of employment of university graduates and lack of talents for the new rural construction. With 19 years of progress, the Scheme is becoming more mature and has gained support and recognition from different social communities. Although the Scheme has achieved fairly good results, at the same time, we can not ignore the existing problems in the process of policy implementation. The article is based on the investigations of the current Scheme implementation situation in Yuyao City, and analyzes the problems existing in the process of it’s implementation and their reasons, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems based on this, in order that through detailed analysis, to provide certain references for the improvement and perfection of the Scheme.
