Embeddedness:Study On Community Support Model Under The Guidance Of The Government

Our population aging is in advance of the level of economic development. That makes population aging evolved into a kind of social crisis gradually. However, the current situation is that Family Support and Agency Support can’t meet the demands of Chinese elderly on material and spiritual. Accordingly, the government needs to develop a suitable model, and Community Support has sprung up and become the new choice finally. Due to the lack of practical experience, our Community Support service system needs to be perfect. The article focuses on analyzing how to embed Community Support Model, and expounding the functional role of the government, the policy of cooperation between the government and the community and, the implement and improvement of Community Support services, to summarize the certain model of embeddedness. The author found that the government has always been concerned about how to embed Community Support Model reasonably and achieve efforts. Meanwhile, the government will face different issues in the period of exploration, integration and development, as well as takes different measures in the process of embedding. Moreover, the article fully justifies that social capital is the relation media of the government and Community Support Model. The author also believes that accumulating social capital is good for the sustainable development of Community Support Model.
