Research On Participation Of Social Organization In Community Governance Based On The View Of Embeddedness

Social organization is not only an important component within community strueture,but also a primary foundation of community management and service. Social organization is becoming animportant role of the social structure,and therefore,with a manner of form or inform,social organization is playing an increasingly important role in social management with its features and advantages.For years, participate mechanism of social organization in community governance is in a neglected state. Research on participation of social organization in community governance is behind the needs of social development, and the research based on embed theory is very few. Therefore,this article focuses on the research on embedded theory.Firstly,this article systematically expounded related concepts by using literature analysis and empirical analysis synthetically,involved social organizations, community governance, embedded systems theory and so on, and then a survey was conducted in Liujiawan of Wuhan,from which the embedded features of the social organization during community building was analyzed.This article concluded the participate mechanism of social organization in community governance by analyzing social organization and communities embedded relationship.The issues were resolved by using the mechanism used for specific cases of social organizations to participate in community governance, and the corresponding circumvention measures were proposed. Finally, this article summarized the main conclusions of this paper,pointed out the limitations of this study and indicated future directions for future research on the issue.In theory, the conclusions of this study can promote the concern of scholars of participate mechanism of social organization in community governance.It lays the foundation for the future in-depth study and a new perspective to study the social organizations to participate in community governance is proposed.In the practice field,the conclusions from this study can participate in community governance practices for social organization to provide the corresponding theoretical support,provide a reference to the relevant government agencies. Significantly improve social organization in the healthy development of community governance and governance performance is also important.
