An Research About The Information Technology’s Role On Promoting The Scientific Level Of Party Building

Information to the Internet as a symbol of sweeping the globe is a landmark event. Information technology for its own convenience, openness, and other characteristics as well as the advantages of computer information technology to the Chinese Communist Party’s self-construction opportunities, it also brings challenges. The backdrop of the information age, how to stand in the forefront, while avoiding disadvantages, favorable conditions for the use of information technology to strengthen Party building, constantly improve the scientific level of Party building is placed in front of our party, which is an urgent severe and important issue.This paper first describs the history and current situation of the information age, background and China’s information technology development. Then systematically clarifies the opportunities and challenges brought about by the information on the building of the Communist Party of China, discusses how to improve the scientific level of Party building for using the information as a key, and draws some of my own thinking. Papers includ the introduction, the body of four chapters and epilogue.Introduction section briefly describes the reason,the significance and the research status of this thesis topics, then outlines the research method, research focus and innovation.The first chapter introducts the background of the information age, summarizes up the meaning of information technology, features, and discusses the course of the development of China’s information technology,in order to have a higher degree of grasp at the whole background of this writing.The second chapter discusses a series of achievements made by the Communist Party of China under the conditions of information technology, and focuses on the information’s "double-edged sword" role on the building of our Party, that is, opportunities are also faced with challenges, which proposes to the new task for improving the scientific level of of Party building.The third chapter focuses on the role the information play on the scientific level of the construction of the Party.there’re five aspects, the Party’s ideological and organizational building, style of construction, the construction and anti-corruption of institution building. which can be described as a top priority of this article.The fourth chapter deals with some points through studying of this topic.the great project of Party building is a long-term and arduous task, using information technology to promote the improvement of the scientific level of Party building should pay attention to grasp the laws of science, scientific methods and scientific system of protection.
