City Community Party Affairs Management Research

In the city of our country, along with the rapid development of economy and the reformation of economic institution expanded overall, the urban community’s social structure presented some new changes and the new characteristic. In the urban community, the supervisory work of the party affairs has become a new topic of the party development currently and a vital segment of gaining the people’s trust. However, in the city of our country, there has not been any systemic research fundamentally in the supervisory work of the party affairs.This article takes the party organization in Jianchang community of the Tianjin Hebei area as the case. Firstly, it approaches the problem that the gap between the quality and thought of the party affairs worker and the demand of the new period. So the work enthusiasm is not high; Secondly, it approaches the problem that the community party member cannot be outstanding and be active in the participating in the community affairs, which caused by the backwardness of the educational pattern in the community. Finally, it gives the analysis with the problem of the supervisory work about the party affairs objectively, based on thoroughly working-hard research about the understanding to the current situation of the party affairs management by the different status and career people in the community. And taking the practical material as the foundation with careful analysis, I offer a proposal about the supervisory affairs of urban community party theoretically and practically from the Basic-level party organization, the community party affairs workers and the community party members. I appeal that the entire society and more party development experts pay attention to the supervisory affairs of urban community party. I try my best to make this research comprehensive and thorough which can has certain value to our party affairs in urban community and the related domains.
