Under the impact of globalization, today’s China has bringing an open,irreversible market system. With the identity of traditional culture has rapidly decayed,market economy will be thrown a single member into the interests of the chain, andeconomic development has became the only tie of social identity, so the doubly socialanxiety and problems of administrative crisis are brewing. NGO (Non GovernmentOrganization) also consciously follow the development of China’s economicdevelopment, is the basic strength of civil society in China. NGO come from urban orrural, relying on the traditional culture, it acts on reducing or eliminating anxietyidentity for people, maintaining traditional morals and finding group ownership,transmitting and reconstructing of cultural identity. NGO is strong force that makingharmonious development of China, and inherits the Chinese spiritual and cultural ofinnovation, it’s playing a important role in the field of economic and political, andNGO received much attention of government and academic research. Take Diqing forexample, under the situation of culture rupture, to explore NGO states of living insociety, revealed NGO how to heal social conflict in the regional culture, andenhancing cultural identity, then some effective and feasible measures are put forwardbased on cultural identity.This paper from the studies of NGO of Diqing research, attention to folkorganization of the living status of the logic of the main line, outstanding regionculture and the role of civil society organizations, explore the folk organizationmanagement. In this article is divided into four chapters, each chapter in strictaccordance with the research paradigm and main logic gradually unfolded.The first chapter discusses the significance of what is, to the domestic andinternational research organizations made a classification and description;The second chapter highlights the NGO theory knowledge, both at home andabroad on the concept of civil society organizations, rise, cause, effect is introduced in detail, on the basis of further discussion of the folk organization governance of"good governance" concept, and the folk organization management present situationand way;The third chapter, the theoretical support to Yunnan, Diqing folk organizations asthe research starting point, in Diqing Tibetan mainly in this patchwork of Tibetan, avariety of cultural integration, spontaneous produced its own geographical and ethniccultures, and today a case and China as in other parts of the society the tremendouschange, traditional culture suffers hitherto unknown impact, cultural distortion,fracture, identity, ethnic identity anxiety prevalence. In this paper, in Diqing area,according to the nature and state of survival, the NGO of Diqing classification forlocal civil society organizations and foreign non-governmental organizations werediscussed two kinds of typical case, tries to explore their survival status in society,revealed in the regional cultural nourishment, NGO of Diqing and its culture beclosely related and mutually dependent, interaction relationship, for people to providea release of anxiety, finding identity, ethnic, national identity, all these in the finalanalysis is to find the cultural identity, ease social conflicts, in harmonious societyplays an essential role.The fourth chapters based on the above research foundation, this article in thischapter about NGO of Diqing under the existing system, survival of the status quo,and try to dig the existing problems, and put forward the Countermeasures of DiqingPrefecture folk organization.
