The Enlightments Of Marx’s Critical Theory Of The Capital Modernity To The Construction Of Chinese Modernity In Contemporary

Basing on the capital logic, Marx opened economics discourse to criticize the capitial modernity. Marx thought that capital logic had preinstall modernity logic, and constituted the most intrinsic generated foundation in modernity. The capital logic gave an impetus to the development of modernity, while brought about the paradox of modernity. The paradox of modernity was regarded as "the creative destruction". The capital liberated the potential of modernity, but it also destroyed the modernity order, and induced the capitalism economic crisis, political crisis, social crisis, cultural crisis and ecological crisis. In a sense, Marx’s critical theory of capital modernity was considered as the social pathology research on the capitalism modernity, which diagnosed and predicted the chronic diseases, symptoms, pathogenesis and endings of capitalism modernity. Marx concluded that the fundamental path of modernity was to keep or throw away capital.The distinguished feature of contemporary Chinese modernity was to reuse and develop the capital."The presence" of capital brought about the dual consequences for the Contemporary Chinese modernity. For one thing, Chinese characteristic modernity has drawn world-wide attention; for another, due to the conspiracy among capital logic with efficient logic, also consumptive logic and cultural logic, China in contemporary also facing the dilemma of social modernity, environmental modernity, as well as human modernity. In order to break away from that three modernity plights, we must rethinking the Marx’s Critical Theory of Capital Modernity, and obtain some useful inspiration. Firstly, China must control and manage the capital effectively when using and developing the capital in contemporary. Secondly, power logic must be transferred into the power logic used by people. Thirdly, the capital logic must be kept or abandoned in order to realize the capital logic fundamentally displaced. To be specific, the capital-efficiency logic should be transferred into justice logic, the capital-consume logic should be transferred into ecological logic, and the capital-culture logic should be transferred into human logic. To sum up, only after realizing the displacement of four logic that mentioned above, could we truly eradicate the dilemma of Chinese modernity for providing the more reasonable thoughts and guidance for establishment of current Chinese modernity of politics, society, ecology and human beings.
