On The Theory Of Deng Xiaoping And The Congstruction Of Democracy Of Village

Compared with The household contract responsibility system, the Democracy of Village is another great creation and is an important part of Democratic political construction. Being lack of enough theory and perfect System structure, further development of the Democracy of Village were greatly restricted. Deng Xiaoping is the participant of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the total designer of the reform and open policy of China, his theory has an important guiding effect on Democratic political construction. All of these tell us that we should explore his ideas, deeply analysis the cultural environment of the construction of the democracy, analysis the relationship of democracy and culture, especially the relationship of the democracy of village and culture. With the guiding of the theory of Deng Xiao ping, The paper analysis these questions and gives several suggestions from the view of four levels of the change of culture which are Material level, system level, custom level, and spirit value level. At last I hope that all of these suggestions can be beneficial to the construction of democracy of village.
