There is a series of problems associated with social interaction in the reform of thecurrent government performance management. The theory of social capital as a contemporarysocial science research is an important analysis tool, which is introduced to the administrativesubject and tried to use, and its make become the subject of a new research method. Socialcapital is the form of government performance management as an indicator, the performanceof the government management ability has certain positive effect. A region or even a countrysocial capital stock capital loss not only to improve the efficiency of government and thedevelopment of democratic society has a great effect on the social and economic development,but also have certain effect. The current government performance management in China onsocial capital accumulation is insufficient, lead to governmental function disorder, lowefficiency of which is an important factor. However, there are many mutual connections andinfluences between the theory of social capital trust, norms and participation network formand the performance of government management value orientation, system and publicparticipation. So, through the analysis current our government performance managementpractice problems in the analysis of social capital, by means of the analysis tools,emphatically from the trust--value orientation, standard--system basis, network platform--citizen participation, in third departments of social capital–the government performancemanagement assistant and other aspects of social capital in the perspective of governmentperformance management development direction. It will provide a new reference through thestudy with a view to China’s current government performance management development.
