Research On The Current Situation And Development Countermeasures Of The Governmental Social Capital In China

As the core part of social capital,government social capital is social capital at the macro level.It emphasizes the restraint of individual behavior based on morality and a benign relationship of mutual trust,interaction and reciprocity.If the government can properly cultivate this resource,it will help to increase the voluntary cooperative behavior of citizens,enhance their trust and recognize authority and pave the way for the smooth progress of government governance work.Based on this and the network survey data in 2017,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the government social capital in our country,and excavates the significant factors that affect the citizens’ political trust.Explore the relationship between these factors and social capital,government governance.Based on the findings of the survey,it is recommended that the Government address three key issues,namely:Guiding and standardizing the value orientation of administrative staff;Helping citizens change their political attitudes;Strengthen the cultivation of social organizations.In order to promote the increase of the stock of social capital of our government,give full play to its role of connection,norm and trust,establish the integrated network of contact between different strata and different groups and continuously deepen the cooperation,understanding and trust among each other.Finally,promote the transformation of service-oriented government and implement the governance of modern society.
