Research On The Cultivation Of Rural Social Organizations From The Perspective Of Social Capital

With the reform of China’s political system and the development of market economy,China’s rural social development has made great achievements,but it still faces multiple difficulties,such as the low quality of rural public service,the continuous differentiation and conflict of farmers’ interests,and so on.Rural social organizations help to solve the difficulties faced by its development,because rural social organizations can improve the quality of rural public service It has many functions,such as quantity,integration of villagers’ interests,improvement of villagers’ political participation ability and so on.To some extent,the plight of rural social development provides a realistic basis for the cultivation of rural social organizations.In addition,the continuous expansion of rural social public space also provides space conditions for the cultivation of rural social organizations.Therefore,it is feasible to cultivate rural social organizations.The cultivation of rural social organizations will be affected by many factors.In order to ensure the cultivation of rural social organizations,we should explore the factors that affect the cultivation of rural social organizations.Based on the existing research results,this paper takes social capital theory as the theoretical framework,s village in xiong’an New District as the research object,and semi-structured interview as the research method to explore the influence of rural social capital on the cultivation of rural social organizations.This paper first defines the concept of rural social organization cultivation and social capital,and discusses the correlation between them.Secondly,we have a preliminary understanding of the basic situation of social organizations cultivated in s village of xiong’an new district.Thirdly,using the method of semi-structured interview,this paper investigates the cultivation of social organizations and the social capital of s village in xiong’an new district.Then,through the collation and analysis of the interview data,it finds that the cultivation of social organizations in s village is faced with three main difficulties: the lack of villagers’ participation,the shortage of cultivation resources,and the imbalance of the main participation order Based on the reality of capital,this paper analyzes the reasons for the dilemma of cultivating social organizations in s village,and finds that the lack of social trust in s village leads to the insufficient participation of villagers,the weak social relationship network leads to the shortage of resources,and the deconstruction of social norms leads to the imbalance of participation order.Finally,from the three aspects of enhancing social trust,reconstructing the relationship network,and improving social norms,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions to solve the dilemma of cultivating social organizations in s village.
