| The urban community party organizations are the basis of all work inthe cities of the party, and are organizers, promoters and practitioners ofbuilding harmonious community in the new period. The urbancommunity building of party organizations is an important part of theparty’s grassroots organizations, whether it can scientific rational andeffective, not only directly affects the implementation of the party’s line,principles and policies in urban communities, but also related to thedevelopment of urban communities and the entire social stability. In theprocess of promoting the City Community has made some achievements,but there are many problems to be solved and perfect. Through carefulanalysis of the problem, combined with theoretical knowledge of thecommunity building of party organizations, we can get solution to theseproblems.This thesis is divided into three major sections. The first chapter isthe introduction， including the selection of subject reasons andsignificance, research methods, the research summarizes of party’sconstruction in the urban communities and the choice of special case. Thesecond chapter is the current situation of party’s construction in the Santaurban community. In this part, mainly to discuss the connotation and thecharacteristic of party’s construction in the urban communities, the main circumstances in the Santa urban community, the current situation ofparty organization in the Santa urban community, the main result, themain problems and causes of the problem of party’s construction in theSanta urban communities. The third chapter is the countermeasure ofparty’s construction in the urban communities. The perfect responseswere offered from the five aspects of the leading cadres construction,system implementation and supervision, education and management ofparty members, consolidate party building basis, and systematic work ofparty building. |
