A Study On The Current Situation Of Urban Community Culture Construction In Xi'an

The construction of our country’s community is developing in recent years. Community culture construction has become an important part of community construction in the same time. Xi’an began to attach importance to the community culture construction gradually, and made a certain progress. However, there are still many problems during it. The author selected the four communities which have more representatives in the city communities of Xi’an to give an investigation in. The purpose is to know the general situation and the existing main problems in Xi’an’s community culture construction through a questionnaire to community residents and some community work personnel as well as give the community residents in the community on specific issues of community cultural construction with an unstructured interview. And then through the survey data in combination with common governance theory and cognitive theory to study and analyze these problems, as well as give some more specific countermeasures and suggestions from the micro perspective finally.Although the researches of the community culture construction are abundant in our country, however, as a historical and cultural ancient capital and also the national transport hub city, Xi’an has a more complex structure and form of population, there is few researches for this kind of special city community culture construction system. The community culture construction is practicing in full swing, but we are lack of corresponding theoretical guidance. Therefore, the author hopes from this article research we can combine with relevant theoretical knowledge to find specific problems which in Xi’an’s community culture construction, and try to seek the solution for the specific problems. Finally, do some references for improving urban community culture construction system gradually, through the study of Xi’an’s urban community culture construction in this paper.
