Study On The Current Situation,problems And Countermeasures Of Urban Community Governance In Dongying

Urban community as the basic cell of grassroots social governance,is closely related to each community members,with the development of society and economy,urban community governance problems are also increasingly prominent,such as excessive government intervention in the management and community autonomy organization organization function is insufficient,residents participate in the management of the lack of enthusiasm,to promote social development today,improve the system of grassroots governance,improve the level of residents' life presents huge challenges.As the improvement of living standards,urban residents is rising on the requirement of community governance,18 the third plenary session put forward the modernization of the national management system and management ability of the strategic task of community governance is an important part of management system,therefore,how to perfect the urban community governance system,to meet the demand of residents,become the focus of the present society.In recent years,with the continuous development of city construction,our country all levels of government and the social people from all walks of life greatly strengthened the importance of community governance,urban community governance is to carry out the public participation in community management,consolidate the social stability,and the important way of building a harmonious society,to modernize thecountry governance capabilities and improve the overall quality is of great significance.This paper takes the urban community of dongying economic and technological development zone as a case study.The reform of urban community governance in this area is an exploration and practice of grassroots governance based on the actual development of communities and the actual needs of residents in the new era.It has made obvious improvement in community governance subject,community governance mode,community governance mechanism and way.The author adopts theoretical analysis,empirical analysis and literature analysis to study the current situation,existing problems and causes of community governance in dongying city from such aspects as governance subject,governance model and governance mechanism,and proposes corresponding solutions.It is found that there are some problems in the governance of urban communities in dongying,such as unclear functional positioning among the governance subjects,poor role of ngos,and ineffective formation of collaborative governance mechanism.Therefore,based on the actual situation of urban community in dongying city,this paper puts forward specific optimization countermeasures from four aspects: clarifying the division of responsibilities of each governance body,optimizing the governance model,implementing the construction of community mechanism,and strengthening the construction of community staff,so as to improve the capacity and level of urban community governance in dongying city.Hope to be able to provide some reference to dongying city and other areas in the community governance.
