With the socio-economic development, social organizations in Chinahave played an indelible role in making up the deficiencies in the areasof social security in China and serving the development of the nationaleconomic construction and building social and moral value systems. Asour social organizations are in the early stages of development, thereare a lot of difficulties in many aspects of volunteer development andmanagement of social organizations, Such as we have social awareness aboutvoluntary service and public welfare undertakings and low participationof civic volunteer service and so on. Volunteers, as an important partof human resources in our society organizations, which constraints theirinspiration and works is because we are lack of effective incentive system.Therefore, it’s very important for us to study the incentive problemsof the social organization of volunteers and establish a scientific andreasonable incentive system is the focus of the discourse.In this paper, I have used comparative analysis and the literatureand survey research to be the main method. In order to analyze the problemof the lack of social organizations volunteer incentive system, I havecompared Chinese and foreign social organizations volunteer incentivessystem. I use "Hamburger" method,360-degree assessment method andproblem diagnosis method of analysis how to establish an effectivevolunteer incentive process. According to the process design, I use SWOCanalysis method to set the indicators of volunteer incentive system. Withthe indicators I set, I have meaningful incentive program for kinds ofvolunteer to guide their works. The establishment of the incentive effectsassessment mechanisms and the social organization of internal andexternal incentive environment, it will provide a relatively relaxedenvironment for the incentive system of social organization volunteer to reduce the risk of running. On the other hand, the establishment ofthe incentive system, in our society organizations, provides a fair andhumane platform for the volunteers. With effective incentive action,volunteers who have positive work attitude, excellent skills andoutstanding awareness of volunteer service, will enhance the socialorganization as a whole image to contribute and be self-fulfilling. Theestablishment of the incentive system, has provided a new idea to inspirethe work of the social organization of volunteers. It also can promotethe transformation of the government functions mode, with practicalsignificance and provide a theoretical reference for the study of thevolunteers in our social organizations...
