Volunteer Motivation Research

In this study,seven volunteers were interviewed deeply,and their volunteer service experiences,feelings and gains,as well as questions from others,were told in the form of story presentation.Through to the voluntary story,this study found that each volunteer participation motivation is not static,but in a process of constant development and change: the initial participation motivation and continued participation motive(or quit).The society for the evaluation of volunteers and the influence of the news media,family support or oppose,service object to give volunteers responded,and volunteer personal psychological adjustment ability will,motivation changes have important influence.Volunteers are a special group.They are the important human resources for building a harmonious socialist society.They need understanding and support from all walks of life,family and friends as well as service objects.Meanwhile,volunteers themselves should have strong psychological adjustment ability and adaptability.
