Building a harmonious society is a new strategic task that our Party has put forward in this new stage.Since our country is now in the decisive stage of building a well-off society in a comprehensive way,it is beneficial for us to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the whole society in the implementation of all aspects of work,Grasping the important strategic opportunity of our country ' s development,and maintain the overall situation of China's current development and stability,and guarantee the goal of building a well-off society in a comprehensive way.Never forgetting to seek happiness for Chinese people and rejuvenation for Chinese nation is the simplest original intention of our party on the way of building a harmonious society.Voluntary service,as a unpaid voluntary act of " a kind of social group or individual people from the heart the people active in the service ",as a kind of "compulsory organization of non-governmental systems",It is of great importance for young people in the new era to reach out to society,create a positive energy channel that connects the entire world,and build a harmonious society.However,in the volunteer service,there are still various problems such as "the imperfections of the voluntary service system,the development of the encouragement mechanism,the weak fund foundation,and the lack of correct social cognition." As a major group of youth volunteer organizations,we need to attach importance to the level of voluntary service and the level of service abilities of university students,finding more effective ways of training.Based on a survey of some youth volunteer organizations in Shenyang,this paper analyzes the functional role of youth volunteer organizations in building a harmonious society,explores the development process and problems of young volunteer organizations in building a harmonious society,and further strengthens youth Volunteer service measures.Finally,the author summarizes and thinks about the role of youth volunteer organizations: Young volunteer organizations still have a long way to go to build a harmonious society,and they should continue to give play to their role in social organization and enlightenment,and ultimately achieve the harmonious coexistence of people and society,human and nature.
