University Information Disclosure And Contradictions Between Public Justice Demands Harmonic Mechanism Research

Based on the basic theory between university information disclosure and public’sfair aspiration, this paper held the relationship between university informationdisclosure and public’s fair aspiration, and researched out the main contradictions whichexist between the university information disclosure and public’s fair pursuit based onthe basic knowledge between them. Then it built the “framework of mechanism”,“organizational building”,“channels”, and “methods for reconciling the contradiction”between university information disclosure and public’s fair aspiration. The purposes ofthe research are to find and reconcile the contradicted factors effectively which goagainst the public’s fair aspiration based on the mechanism building, to advance theprocess of institutionalization and democratization for university information disclosure,and to provide service for the university democratic management and supervision.
