Corruption is a major hazard in today’s world. Particularly serious corruption is in some countries in transition. In the post-communist countries, Hungary have more outstanding results on the anti-corruption issues, known as the least corrupt countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Deeply research achievements and shortcomings of the national integrity system in Hungary, and summarize their experience and lessons, which help China to further promote the process of anti-corruption struggle.This article adhere to the principle of seeking truth from facts, starting from the national integrity system of construction of this vision. Deeply analyse Hungary’s Integrity System Construction. In this paper I think the emergence and maintenance of situation of Hungary’s clear government isn’t only a system alone, but also is common product working together with institutional system, including basic political and economic systems.This artical refer to the Transparency International National Integrity System framework to analyze the integrity system of Hungary. The paper is divided into three parts. In the first two chapters, firstly analyse Hungary’s corruption status and the reasons. And then from the perspective of institutional anti-corruption, analyse National Integrity System of Hungary. And put forward the framework and main contents of the book. From chapter Ⅲ to chapter V, this article is from macro-system, Meso-system, micro system of National Integrity System.Three dimensions investigate the experiences and practices of the building of the integrity system in the country. In the last chapter, Sum up the experience and enlightenment of the Hungarian International National Integrity System’s construction.
