Since The Transformation Of Russia's Anti-corruption Research

Since the transformation of society, Russian has been plagued by corruption. Although the enforcement of government anti-corruption is constantly increasing, the corruption situation is still not optimistic. Corruption has become a chronic illness for restricting their economic and social development. It arouses enormous repercussions not only in the country but also the whole world. To curb the corruption effectively and break the vicious circle that the worse the more anti-corruption is the major challenge Russian government and people have to face and also has to be paid close attention by other countries having same kind of problems. Therefore, researching the issue of Russian corruption and anti-corruption during its period of social transformation has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper is on the subject to anti-corruption of Russian to discuss the occurrence, development and change and governance of corruption during the special period of Russian transformation. The paper threads by the time and precedes the problem of corruption from the Soviet era, and compares the development and change of Russian in transformation before and after in order to analyze and summarize the specific situation of corruption and anti-corruption. On this basis, this thesis is to explore the reasons for corruption worsening and its hazards. Through studying and evaluating the governance results that each leader did, the paper is worked to sum up the experience and find out its shortage and to trace the crucial reason for corruption worsening and poor anti-corruption. On this foundation, to put forward countermeasures about the specific circumstance and work out frame system of corruption governance in order to search for the optimal path for controlling corruption.Corruption governance has a long way to go, especially in the period of social transformation. To solve the problem of Russian corruption properly and effectively, not only should proceed from reality, take concrete measures for the specific circumstance to achieve the right remedy, but also should from the long-term point of view, formulate scientific and rational strategic planning, eventually to build a sound anti-corruption system.
