International trade as a national economic activity, unlike domestic economic activity,particularly obvious characteristic is that the government of the sovereign state ofmanagement and its impact on trade activities. This management and impact may be negativebut sometimes necessary.Kazakhstan is China’s largest trading partner in Central Asia countries. In recent years,Kazakhstan has the face of the wave of trade liberalization, the development of a series oftrade control legislation and policies in order to reduce the adverse effects of tradeliberalization to its. These trade control measures, China and Kazakh trade related businessesa variety of barriers to trade. This article appeal to the international economic law perspective,trying to sort out on the legal system of Kazakhstan’s foreign trade control, through theanalysis of Kazakhstan’s foreign trade control measures, China’s trade with Kazakhstanenterprises and Sino-Kazakh border trade to put forward a number of feasibility commentsand suggestions, and this is where the practical significance of this article.In this paper, the use of induction and synthesis method of logical analysis, focuses onthe analysis of Russia-Belarus-Kazakhstan customs union trade controls, focusing on Analysisof the impact of the Kazakh trade measures on the Sino-Kazakh trade, Kazakh trade controllaws and regulations relating as far as possible a detailed analysis of barriers to trade causedby the clear Kazakh foreign trade management measures in the management of Sino-Kazakhtrade, corresponding to circumvent the trade barriers of the Kazakh legal advice, and calledfor the Sino-Kazakh border trade and China’s enterprises better promote trade cooperationbetween the Sino-Kazakh bilateral system.
