In2011, China announced that the socialist legal system has completed, so china’s rule of law enter a higher stage.But peasantry is not fully integrated into the trend of the rule of law, the majority of farmers still live in the edge of the rule of law. To solve the difficulties faced by the farmers in the rule of law cannot be avoided. From a public law perspective, combined Wu Kan village events, and attempted to analyze the difficulties faced by peasantry in the rule of law, in order to find countermeasures to crack these difficulties. This article is divided into four areas:The first chapter describes the Wu Kan village events, and leads to problems. Specific Introduction the events of the Wu Kan village, pointed out that Wu Kan Village events’reason and the significance of the current construction of the rule of law, then leads to the difficulties faced by peasantry in the rule of law and proposition of the necessity and feasibility to solve these difficulties.The second chapter introduce a series of difficulties in the current rule of law in society faced by peasantry, to choose from violations of the most four serious respects of the plight of the difficulties faced by peasantry in the construction of the rule of law as a discourse object,such as land rights, the imperfect development of the civil rights, more and more narrow rights of way, difficult village electionsThe third chapter discusses the relationship between the rule of law and the peasantry, it is necessary that the construction of the rule of law requires the peasantry’s participation and the possibility that peasantry participate in the social construction of the rule of law.The fourth chapter introduce the countermeasures that use to solve difficulties faced by peasantry in a society ruled by law, and through three countermeasures to discusses the specific culture of peasantry’s citizen awareness, building a democratic rural society and protect the civil rights of peasantry.
