In the17th CPC Central Committee paper,Philanthropy have had recognized as an organic part of the social security system in China,it played an unique role in resolving social conflicts, maintainand promote social equity, justice and so on.Any cause, the human resources are key. For the charity in China, how to cultivate a more professional and higher quality charity talent has become the most pressing issues.In November20,2005,the government enacted China Philanthropy development guide(2006-2010),which mentioned"the need to promote professional of the manager in charitable organization".Now philanthropy has not yet be considered as a career,it’s just a job in society.charity managers are lack of career identity, career accomplishment, organization, sense of belonging and sense of anticipation,charitable organizations face with management issues such as irrational exist structure, the low professional quality, poor stability, imperfect system,etc. which largely affect the enthusiasm and effectiveness of the work of charity managers.The basic point of this article is that the professional is the future development trend of charity managers.After defined the basic connotation of the professional of the manager in charitable organization,this article made charity managers as the research object,used the research method of literature review and questionnaire survey to understand the status of professional of charity management then analysis and discussion the problem of professional building of charity manager in"specialization" and "professional" and "institutionalized" and other aspects. Finally, the article attempted to propose several construction path of the professional development of charity management:the government should support charitable organizations in the law, particularly the establishment and development of non-governmental charitable organizations, strengthening the publicity of charitable organizations, improving the awareness and identity of the public of charity; improved the management of charitable organizations in the perspective of the management and developmentmodern human resources, including the four aspects of institution building:personnel access, assessment, promotion, training; from the view of personal point the charity manager should strengthen the moral character and professional skills.
