On The Basic Legal Issues Concerning The Administrative Contracts Of The College Students’ Employment In Grass-Roots Units

Administrative contracts are widely used in the college students’employment in grass-roots units. However, the college students are not very aware of these administrative contracts. In addition, they have no acknowledgement of how to guarantee their own rights and interests and how to fulfil their obligations in these administrative contracts. This thesis firstly analyzes the concept, features and the present situation of the college students’employment in grass-roots units and expounds the concept and classification of the administrative contracts of the college students’employment in grass-roots units. Then it explains the subjects and contents of these administrative contracts and analyzes the terms and procedures to enter into, alter and cancel these contracts. It further approaches the problems existing in these contracts and puts forward suggestions to improve them, which include enhancing the regulations of the subjects, content and procedure for entering into these contracts, perfecting the mechanism for evaluating the effects of these contracts, and guaranteeing the college students’rights and interests by making full use of the mediation procedures in the lawsuits concerning these contracts. Thus, a series of issues concerning the administrative contracts of college students’employment in grass-roots units are completely elaborated in this thesis.
