The Study On Government’s Function On Development Of The Huhhot Star Tourist Hotel

The rapid developments of tourism in Hohhot brought valuable opportunity for star tourist hotels’ development. As it provides necessary catering service for tourists, star tourist hotel became an important part of travelers’ sightseeing. Therefore, star tourist hotel directly influence the development of the tourism industry, the prosperity of economy and the social progress of Hohhot. At present, star tourist hotel of Hohhot enjoy a steady improvement, with its quantity and quality both made a great advance, several inevitable problems also came to the surface. As the significant governing department of the whole society, the government has a special function on the development of star tourist hotel. Thus, research here about government function on star tourist hotel development has particularly meaning.On the basis of the government function theory and the new public management theory. accompanied with literature search method, digital analysis method so as the empirical research method, we conduct a comprehensive study about the function of the government, in view of the present situation of star tourist hotel in Hohhot. We will illustrate the above issue in three parts, in first part we mainly analyzed present situation and the questions exist in the tourism industry of Hohhot. Then we focus on the necessity of management of local government from the perspective of government function, plus the specific performances as well as the problems appeared during its implementation in second part, the main body of this essay. To make a conclusion, we put forward measures to optimize government function on the government’s operation unction aspect in last part.
