Regional public goods as the core of a regional public affairs, It goes without saying that their status and importance, so researching an effective supply of regional public goods has far-reaching influence for promoting the rapid development of the regional integration.There are mainly four modes on the supply of regional public goods:government monopoly supply model、market-oriented mode of supply、social voluntary mode of supply as well as multiple subjects mode of supply. In China, government has the advantages in policies, resources, financial and other regional characteristics of public goods, so the government is still the subject of regional public goods supply、due to crossing different administrative divisions, regional public goods necessarily involves multiple interest and more stakeholders, how to arouse the construction enthusiasm of the area and avoid" administrative area economy"、" vassal economy" has become the key in strengthening regional cooperation. In some more developed areas, such as the "Yangtze River Delta"," Pearl River Delta" and other regions have made a useful exploration and achieved many achievement,but as to the pressure of performance appraisal、common interests、the system problem. etc. there are still many problems such as" airport war"、"the port war"、the malignant competition about capital attraction. repeat construction, which, not only a waste of resources, but also seriously affected the co-construction and sharing in regional infrastructure.In order to achieve the effective supply of regional public goods and avoid staying at the theoretical level,the article combined with a typical representative of regional public goods-the regional infrastructure to explore the underlying causes behind. such as repeated construction and vicious competition. etc. Through which we find that lacking of cooperation or inefficient co-operation between the Government are the Underlying causes.The article has given specific recommendations to strengthen inter-governmental cooperation from the macro level and micro level,Which do contribution to regulating the inter-governmental cooperation, and ultimately achieving the effective supply of public goods within the region.
