Analysis Of The Evolution Phase Of Chinese Management Thoughts From Reform And Opening Up

Since reform and opening up, the China enterprise already experienced more than30years of development. Review of more than30years China’s economic development, it is easy to find that the quality of management plays a key role in enterprise development and social stability. Whether the decision-making mode, the structure of the organization system or operation mode, the enterprise is undoubtedly the most mature social organization. So this article basically take enterprise as the main research object of management theory.In the beginning of reform and opening up, the state began to explore Chinese characteristic management thought system. From Authority expansion, contract management, full load method to OEC management, integrated marketing, IPD management,Chinese management grew up and established a complete system of ideology with the development of society.Based on reviewing the reform and opening30years China enterprise development status, this dissertation will describe the evolution process of management theory comprehensively,and systematically. At first, this article analysed the foundation of Chinese management, especially the macropolicy, the situtation of economic growth and the practice of enterprises’management. According to each time the background and gravity of theory in different era of Chinese management, this dissertation will divide process of Chinese management into embryonic stage, exploration stage, prosperity stage and the sublimation period. The author thinks that, the thought of Chinese management in its various stages of development management theory and method express strong era characteristics, such as BuXinsheng management method in embryonic stage, full load work mode period and haier management mode in exploration stage, lenovo management in prosperity stage, of Huawei management mode and the BYD management mode in sublimation period. By the analysis of the management thought development,the author found that there is two clews run through the development of Chinese management:one is the change of management gravity. Chinese enterprises adjusted management center of gravity constantly, on the basis of national macro economic policy and the change of market demand in the different period. Through analysis of the characteristics of management thought in various stages,we can draw the conclusion that since the reform and opening up, Chinese management experience with productivity for center of gravity, take the quality as the center, marketing center of gravity and taking the culture as the core.The other one is the indigenization of western management thoughts and the internationalization of Chinese management thought. Since reform and opening up, Chinese enterprises have imported, digested and absorbed western management theories.By combining the theories of western management with Chinese enterprise management practice, the management theory with Chinese characteristics is established. Chinese national enterprise have actively participated in the world competition.At the same time, Chinese management idea also got the world’s attention and open its internationalization process. The author thinks that, in the foreseeable future, Chinese management theory will become an indispensable part of world’s management thoughts and lead the trend of world’s management thoughts.
