Urbanization is an inevitable stage that every developing country towards modernization, along with the process, Chinese farmers have lost the basis for the survival thousands of years----land, Recently since a period, farmers to a certain extent, has become the social vulnerable groups. Landless peasants’ rights and interests protection problem has also become very sharp. As a result of land loss leads to their basic rights in fact lack, lack of equal rights. Therefore, in the form of legal safeguard of lost territory farmer basic economic social and political rights, which not only embodies the modern society of rule by law on farmer care requirements, can effectively guard against and dissolve the contradiction of rural society. Acknowledge and confront the landless peasants suffered unfair treatment, take practical measures from the legal protection of landless farmers’ survival and development rights, so that they can be with other social classes get synchronous development opportunities, but China’s overall social progress and stability and harmony is the key. But the present stage to protect this group rights legal path is very short. How to safeguard and protect the rights of landless peasants is direct relation with the rural society’s stability, national economy’s stabilization and development, for our country to realize comprehensive well-off society, constructing harmonious society has very important significance.protection of the interests of social groups become a pressing problem. This paper selects the United States, France, Japan and Taiwan of China’s to compared. Mainly about the purposes of land acquisition, the compensation standards of land acquisition, the program of land acquisition.
