Open Government Decision Support Model Of Grid Research

Government decision-making is the basis of government administration,government decisions have a direct bearing on the success or failure of the governmentadministration. With the advancement of e-government, government decision-makingwork to further integrate e-government within the context of government decisionsupport systems is the e-government in the decision-making areas of the concreteimplementation.Combination of new technology and traditional DSS, DSS for the development ofa variety of trend, the introduction of different technologies to make the DSS to producedifferent functional focus, emerged as the basis for a number of efficient DSS, such asIDSS, GDSS, DSS based on data warehouse. Grid theory as the Internet after anothermajor scientific and technological progress, the original Internet technology sharing andcollaboration on the limit to make a major breakthrough in trying to solve a real sharingof resources, the grid has also become a science and technology, military, economicvarious hot research field, in the field of government administration, especially the fieldof e-government is a huge potential for development.From the existing literature, the study of government decision-making supportsystem, despite a number of achievements, but extremely weak on a combination ofresearch and new technology on the grid this hot technology and governmentdecision-making support system is very uncommon. Starting from this basis, we try touse grid theory, the most classic grid theory--Open Grid Services Architecture toreconstruct a new Government decision support system model. Drawbacks and thereasons discussed, the analysis required for the function of the new model, elaboratedon the lateral organization of the environment of the open mesh of governmentdecision-making support model, and the vertical structure of the model exist in theexisting government decision-making process, and the model hierarchical description ofthe model gives the basic module, module relationship, and the running path, to showthat a decision problem from the issue to the solution of the whole process ofgovernment decision-making support model for open grid three-dimensional rendering. Finally, the hardware and software conditions required for using the model ofgovernment decision-making support system, the scope of application, key technologiesand user requirements of a simple discussion, the model for the practical application oftheory to provide a reference basis.The new government decision support model combines the core strengths of thegrid’s ‘sharing and collaboration’, the real decision-making information resourcessharing, collaborative decision-making process, participation in decision-making body.Not only to solve the drawbacks of existing government decision-making, reduce thecost of government decision-making, but also reflects the powerful features beyond thenew decision support system. The establishment of the Government of the model-baseddecision support system is bound to bring new changes to the current governmentdecision-making of e-government.
