Reasonable and orderly political participation is an important way for citizens to express their views and try to protect their own interests, and it is also an important content and performance of democratic governance. For the situation of the political participation in China, the non-traditional political participation has been concerned by more and more scholars since it has some character of initiative and diversity compare with traditional political participation. But actually the most of the existing articles just concerned about some local areas and lack of nationally representative and they just focus on the performance static, so this article try to study the Chinese citizens’political participation behavior and its evolution with the time changes, and what’s more, here we will try to analysis some demographic variables, political trust, interpersonal trust and some political psychology factors and try to find out what factors will have a significant impact on political participation, and with the three waves data we will figure out if these impact will have some changes while the time changes. The results of the data analysis shows that there are two kinds of political participations in China namely divergent political participation and convergent political participation, and it is obviously that the proportion who have the divergent political behavior is much higher than the convergent political participation. And with the time goes by, there are more and more people try to express their interest by taken part in political participation. For the demographic variables, the data shows that the higher the education usually means the higher tendentious will the citizens have some participation behavior, and the economics factor have some different impacts which means that the way how it influence the participation behavior has changed in recent years. The higher we trust the political usually means the more impossible the citizens will take political behaviors, but for different kinds of participation, the impact is diversified. For the interpersonal trust, the higher the general trust, the higher the citizens will participation in convergent political and the special trust exactly have an opponent impact. The more we are interested in political or the higher the political efficacy is conducive for the participation. The level of the satisfaction with the democracy have no significant impact on political participation in recent years and the less authoritarianism one man got, the more likely he will take some protests type behavior to participate in political. After the data analysis, I did some theoretical analysis about the results of the data analysis.
