The revolution of1911has ushered in the100anniversary,100years before the revolution to the western liberalism and Chinese Confucian culture produced acuteness collision. Constitutional democracy, republicanism with the invasion and is gradually accepted by Chinese intellectuals. But China’s thousands of years of ingrained monarchy how in a short period of time to be a republic replaced? The constitutional monarchy is how to finally tend to bourgeois revolutionary constitutional thought? Bourgeois revolutionary constitutional thought exactly and Western constitutional thought to be any different? It can be in the lack of rule of law of Chinese soil can develop smoothly? For these problems, academic circles have not conducted more thorough research. This article adopts the inductive analysis method, comparative study of law and historical textual research and legal analysis of a combination of research methods, to the national bourgeoisie revolutionary constitutional thought research. The article thinks, the eruption of the revolution to the Chinese bourgeoisie brings new ideas of constitutionalism, which overthrew the old China several thousand years of feudal autocracy, attempts to establish a Republican and democratic state. It is conform to the requirements of the times and historical choice of double results, but also the world constitutionalism stage development trend. Although the revolution of1911did not complete the task of opposing imperialism and feudalism, but its influence is from the revolution of Chinese social development come to see how. Because of the lack of human rights, the people were trampled the Lord, but not with the constitution, constitutionalism construction also is at the start stage, although very quickly by the people’s Republic accepted by the public, but the establishment of a republic after a series of problems have also emerged, need to continue to make up a missed lesson content. This indirectly shows China to realize modern country under the rule of law need to walk a long way. This article through to the1911Revolution period the national bourgeoisie constitutional thought study, from some of the now China constitutionalism construction useful ideas and methods, learn from each other, efforts to promote the rule of law in China.
