But in recentyears, the ocean environmental emergency seriously affects the sustainableexploitation of Marine resources. Improve Marine environmental emergencymanagement ability, and effective measures to prevent and deal with Marineenvironmental emergency, have the important meaning to safeguard the developmentand utilization of Marine resources.
