The right to education is one of the important contents of modern human rights, and the realization of the right to education plays an important role in the people’s survival and development. Hence, the realization of the right to education for college students has an important significance. The realization of the right to education has a relationship between the employment, wage and welfare. Therefore, we can even say that it concerns human’s social status. At present, the dispute cases for the right to education indicate that it has an insufficient in the right to education for college students, which reflect a stern reality. The protection research of the right to education for college students can help students establish correct concept of the right to education, which is in favor of carrying out the strategies of cultivating talents for our country, which can also help colleges and universities establish law management spirit and the education concept of student-centered. In order to realize legal administration, democratic administration and scientific administration, achieve norms school and improve management level, reduce legal disputes, construct harmonious and stable campus environment, ensure the realization of the right to education for college students. The article discussed how to complete protection of the right to education for college students, including four departments. On the basis of modus operandi of other countries and regions and their successful experience, we put forward legislation, enforce the law and judicial suggestions.
