Research On Chen Yun’s Party Construction Thought During Anti-Japanese War

As the important member of the party’s first generation central collectiveleadership whose core was comrade Mao Zedong, the main member of the party’ssecond generation central collective leadership whose core was comrade Deng xiaoping,a great Marxist theorist and an outstanding communist fighter, Chen Yun had madeoutstanding contributions to China’s socialist revolution and construction. He had servedas the minister of the central organization department for seven years during theAnti-Japanese War Period, thus he had accumulated rich practical experience and thenturned the experience into the systematic thought of the party construction of thecommunist party of China(CPC). Chen Yun’s thought of the party’s organizationalconstruction reflected a breadth of general knowledge and a distinct characteristic. Theparty building thought of Chen Yun included party’s thought construction, theorganizational building, the party cadres policy and the construction of cadre team, theParty’s mass line, the party’s organization construction and working policies in the areaof white terror, the party’s leadership method, and operating methods etc, whichconstituted a complete system of scientific thought. Furthermore, the party buildingthought of Chen Yun made an important contribution to the victory of the Chineserevolution, and the formation and development of Mao Zedong’s thought in the periodof Anti-Japanese war.Based on and absorbed the related research achievements made in the academiccircles, this paper proposed the formation conditions of Chen Yun’s ideas on partybuilding during the anti-Japanese war period by way of review combining with analysisand discussion combining with narration. In the paper, some specific contents andcharacteristics of Chen Yun party building thought were deeply analyzed andsystemically organized. Combining theory with the present situation, the authorsummarized the most important value of Chen Yun’s thought on the Party’s ideologicalconstruction. The paper could be divided into three parts: introduction, main body, andconclusion. The introduction described topic selection guidelines, the researchbackground, the aim and meaning, the research status and research idea, the researchmethods and innovations of Chen Yun’s thought on the construction of party systemduring the anti-Japanese war period. The main body of the paper was divided into threechapters, the first chapter investigated the formation conditions of Chen Yun’s thoughton the body building of the party during the anti-Japanese war period on the basis of itshistorical background, theorical origin and practical foundation. The second chapterstudied the main contents and characteristics of the party building thought of Chen Yun.In the chapter, the party ideological, organizational construction and work style buildingwere scientifically summarized and reviewed, which built a theoretical framework of Chen Yun party building thought during the anti-Japanese war period. The third chaptersummarized the theory characteristics and important significance of the party buildingthought of Chen Yun. Based on point of view of the theory combining with practice, thefirst section summarized the four theoretical features of Chen Yun’s thought of theparty’s organizational construction, which were highly strategic character, brighttruth-seeking feature, outstanding applicability, greatly simple and unadorned character.The second section analyzed and discussed the theoretical and realistic significance ofChen Yun’s thought on the body building of the party during the period of anti-Japanesewar. The conclusion indicated that Chen Yun’s ideas on party building is the preciouswealth of our party, and also briefly discussed the writing process and possibleshortcomings of the paper.
