The Research Of Improving Chinese Legislation Of Rural Social Security

Improving and establishing the social security system is an important sign of acountry’s economic development. With the development of social economic, China’ssocial security system has been basically established, and gradually developing andimproving. But there are different conditions between our country and western countries.The farmer holds the great majority of our country population. It is an important supportfor social and economic development. So the social security of farmers should be theimportant work in China. To improving China’s rural social security legislation andestablishing a sound legal system of China’s rural social security and protect the basicsocial life of our farmers by legal form.The construction of China’s rural social security legal system should be establishedon the basis of protecting the basic living needs of farmer. We should make rural socialpension insurance legal system, legal system of the rural social assistance, and ruralsocial health insurance as the basic framework to build the rural social security system.Therefore, this paper based on the current situation to study the China’s rural socialsecurity law, and discussed the legislative principle of rural social security. It alsoanalysis how to build the content of China’s rural social security legal system andproposed the basic concept of China’s rural social security legal construction, hoping tohave some significance of improving the rural social security legislation.This paper discusses how to construct the basic requirements of the rural socialsecurity legal system, using the method of comprehensive analysis to research China’srural social security from the perspective of legal and legislative and puts forward somesuggestions to it. This paper is divided into three parts: the first part mainly expoundsthe meaning of China’s rural social security system and its basic content; the second part,according to China’s rural social security system, makes a comprehensive analysis of therural social security system of our country’s present situation, discovers its existingproblems; The third part, on the basis of analysis China’s rural social security system atcurrent situation, I described the basic idea of improving the rural social security system,and put forward a basic measure to solve some problems of in the process of improvingthe rural social security system at this stage.
