Study On The Basic Experiences Of The Construction Of The Rural Branches Of The CPC In The New Era

To enhance the construction of rural branches of the CPC is an important and emergentpolitical task for the party’s rural work.The importance and arduousness are determined by thestrategic position of agricultural and rural work of China as well as the protracted nature ofsocialist modernization.The rural organizations centered by party branches is the foundationof party’s rural work，therefore，the successful construction of basic party organization is thepremise of the party’s leadership to rural work，the carrying out and implementation of all theprinciples and policies in rural areas， the stability of rural society，and the development ofrural undertakings.The body of this thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter，the motivation，research status and research methods are introduced.In the second chapter， the opportunitiesand challenges of the construction of rural party branches are analyzed based on thebackground of the policies concerning agriculture，countryside，and farmers，the economicglobalization，the construction of harmony society.In chapter three，the current situation of theconstruction of Shaoshan general party branch has been analyzed and summarized based onthe data investigation and analysis， the fieldwork.The construction concludes politicalconstruction，ideological construction，organizational construction，system construction andstyle construction.In chapter four，the main content is about the basic experiences of theconstruction of rural party branches.The methods of improving the construction of rural partybranches bas been generalized by referring to Shaoshan’s successful construction of ruralgeneral party branch，aiming to have a comprehensive understanding of the construction ofrural party branches.
