Research On The Reform Of Administrative Function Kind Of Institution

With the development and progress of market economy, the contradiction between theadministrative department of service level and service quality and the demand of the publicsocial public service is prominent, the whole society calls for reform of public service systemand improving the quality of public service. Therefore, it is necessity and realistic to researchadministrative kind of institution reform model. This paper firstly explains our countryadministration institution theory and based on the administrative kind of institution concept,characteristics and reform course, descript the present situation of administrative institution,then analyzes the main difficult problems in the aspects of our country administration kind ofinstitutions in the external management system and internal operation mechanism. Throughanalyzing the western countries public service sector reform practice experience andexperience and problems of Guang Dong province comprehensive traffic administrative lawenforcement reform, according to the administrative kind of institution reform developmentsituation, puts forward "three canal shunt" reform direction and gives their own views andreform suggestions, such as transformation of government role, improving the internalmanagement system and operational mechanism etc.
