Lenin’s thought of inner-party democracy and supervision is an importantcomponent of Lenin’s thought of the construction of proletariat ruling party. According tothe national environment and characteristics of the times, considered the problems ofbureaucracy and high concentration of power appear when the party governs the nation,Lenin put forward that the party should pay great attention to inner-party democracy andsupervision. This important thought formed in the practice of Lenin leading revolutionand construction. Chinese Communist Party has always been attaching great importanceto inner-party democracy and supervision, and Lenin’s thought of inner-party democracyand supervision lays a solid foundation for China to establish and improve inner-partydemocracy and supervision system. Although today’s China is different from the Russiain the period of Lenin, the two countries have something in common, that is they bothbelong to social communist country.
