The Research On The Methods And Ways Of Handling The Conflicts Of China’s Different Social Groups’ Interests Correctly Under The New Situation

Since the reform and opening in1978, as our country from planned economy into marketeconomy, our country society each respect produced profound change, our country by singleeconomic system transforms to the public ownership as the mainstay of the commondevelopment of various economic sectors of the economy; by distribution according to workinto distribution according to work as the main body and many modes of distribution coexistdistribution mode. Therefore, people get the benefits of the methods and means ofdiversification, this will cause the interests contradiction. Therefore, to solve the conflictsbetween the interests of social groups has become a major real problem.This paper on China’s social groups form, relationship status, characteristics and causesof contradiction theory and carding, rich Marx doctrine, Mao Zedong Thought and thetheoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics on the correct handling ofcontradictions among the people theory; in practice and actively explore the coordination ofChinese social groups interest contradiction method and the way, for the better the innovationof social management, and building a socialist harmonious society to provide thecountermeasure.The article is divided into four parts, the first part is about the social group of academicanalysis. Firstly, the connotation of social groups for study and discussion. Secondly, thesocial groups of features are summed up. The second part of the article is about the Chinesecurrent social differentiation. Discusses the current Chinese social groups classified standardand Chinese social differentiation of dual role. The third part of this article mainly discussesthe Chinese social interest contradiction. This part mainly consists of three aspects: one is theresearch on Chinese social interest contradictions. Two is the Chinese social interestcontradiction characteristic. Three is the Chinese social interest contradiction causes. Thefourth part is the emphasis and difficulty. This part is on the correct handling of contradictionsin China’s different social groups method and way research.In this paper, in order to Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong thought and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the guiding ideology, the use of literatureanalysis, linking theory with practice, multi-disciplinary research methods such as analysis ofsocial contradictions and their causes, and puts forward the coordination of different socialgroups in conflict of interest method and the way, for the state to provide decision-makingreference, promote the healthy development of the socialist society.
