The Research About The Administrative Compensation System Of Demolition From The Urban Village Transformation

With our country’s rapid economic development and urbanization,someeconomically developed regions rapidly expand urban space;but,many urban housingdemolition phenomena happened.Recently we paid more attention to the executivecompensation of housing demolition,because there are many controversies andproblems about housing demolition arisen.This paper uses the method of empirical analysis, comparative study, theory andpractice, theory and system combination.It is divided into four chapters:Chapter oneadopts the nature of house demolition,the nature of compensation for housedemolition administrative and its constitutional and theoretical basis. Chapter twointroduces the legislative status quo of our country’s housing demolitioncompensation,pointing out the defects in legislation,contents and procedures of theurban housing demolition compensation. Chapter three elaborates the mind ofcomparative study,inducts foreign urban demolition compensation system,such asU.S.A,German,Japan and Chinese Taiwan,to put forward some revelation for ourcountry.Chapter Four proposes the new idea of improvement for our administrativecompensation system,and relocates the roles and functions of government, making itplay the better functions of public administration to the process of urban demolition.
