Independent College Communist Youth League Work Present Situation And Countermeasure Research

Nowadays the higher education has entered into the popularization stage. People can not only enjoy the high-quality educational resources, but also profoundly appreciate the education services and standards of different levels of colleges and universities. As an important front army of higher education, to gain a foothold for the scale enlargement, thus making further efforts to enhance the quality and seek a room for long-term development among colleges and universities are an extremely realistic and urgent problem for the independent college.The central task of the Communist Youth League in the new period is to serve and obey the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Communist Youth League of the independent college, the school’s important component, is also facing the major changes of "transition". The issue how to adapt to the new situation, new tasks and new challenges requires us to carry on in-depth thinking and research.The paper is divided into four chapters:Chapter one:the work and characteristics of the Communist Youth League of the independent college. This part mainly analyzes the connotation in three aspects of the Communist Youth League, the work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities and the work of the Communist Youth League of the independent college, and separately elaborates the characteristics in three aspects of the independent college, independent college League members and the working points and features of the Communist Youth League of the independent college;Chapter two:the achievements and experiences of the Communist Youth League of the independent college. This part mainly lies in the analysis of the achievements gained these years and summarizes the accumulated main experiences;Chapter three:the existing major problems and causes of the Communist Youth League of the independent college. This part conducts research on several representative independent colleges nationwide and most of the independent colleges in Chongqing, tries to find out the ubiquitous problems and aims at the existing major problems to carry on in-depth analysis from causes;Chapter four:to strengthen the countermeasures and deliberations of the Communist Youth League of the independent college. This part is on basis of the research results in the academic field, aims at the existing problems, elaborates the way to further strengthen the work of the Communist Youth League of the independent college and then puts forward the countermeasures and deliberations.
