Research On The Coordination Mechanism Of Villagers' Interests From The Perspective Of Rural Governance

In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China's market economy and the steady development of society,China's rural social,economic and political relations have undergone profound changes.The eighteen Party of grass-roots autonomy "is put forward to expand the orderly participation,promote information disclosure,strengthen supervision,strengthen the procedure of negotiation rights as the focus,to broaden the scope and channels,rich in content and form,ensure that the people enjoy more democratic rights more effectively" requirements.Improving rural governance is the basic work of the modernization of governance capability and governance system,and also one of the important components of building a harmonious society.At the same time,China's rural society appeared many not previously encountered problems,these problems are the most direct expression of social disputes and conflicts,mass incidents occur frequently,but the rural governance in the interests of the villagers and no corresponding coordination mechanism for innovation and improvement,rural social problems and contradictions are not ease,influence the whole social harmony and stability.In order to solve this urgent problem,this paper takes Wuming District of Nanning City,the town of S village as the research object,conduct on-the-spot investigation,understand the local situation and collect papers required information,then according to the theory of rural governance and coordination theory,combined with the guidance of the spirit of the gained data and the state of rural governance,the concept of the strategies to promote the villagers interests coordination mechanism of rural governance perspective.The main contents of this paper are as follows:in the first chapter,the research background is introduced,the source of the research is introduced,and then the research status at home and abroad is introduced,which lays the necessary knowledge foundation for the study of this paper.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts of rural governance,interest coordination and mechanism,and makes clear the content of this paper.The third chapter introduces the contemporary background of the application of rural governance in China and the composition of interest coordination mechanism,and analyzes the mutual promotion function of rural governance and interest coordination mechanism.In the fourth chapter,the basic situation of S town in Wuming district is introduced firstly,then the field investigation and results are described.In the fifth chapter,the author first analyzes the interest conflicts between villagers and stakeholders in S town of Wuming District,and then analyzes the underlying causes of these conflicts,and further analyzes the existing problems in the existing interest coordination mechanism.The sixth chapter first introduces the basic principles of rural governance,and then introduces the villagers' interests coordination mechanism to promote the thinking of rural governance,and finally introduces the villagers' interests coordination mechanism promotion strategy under the rural governance perspective.
