In recent years, Armed forces pay attention toprimary regularization, Generally speaking, forces management have been improvedsignificantly, but we should see that some basic units still exist careless on themanagement.So that units often appear problems, seriously affected combat effectiveness andreputation of Force. Analysis of the reasons is that the implement higher-level work isnot deep、detailed and lack of fine ideas. Currently, with the ever-changing of domesticand international situations, Party and the People put forward higher requirements toArmed forces in fulfilling mission and completing the task. Additionally, Armed Forcehas been basically completed the upgrade of hardware. The next step will be bound tofocus on strengthening the soft power for better our mission task. Introducingrefinement management concepts to force management will be helpful to resolve theproblems, such as “Sloppy”“Careless” in the current grass-roots management work.Move forward a single step to strengthen grass-roots standardized managementconstruction and reinforce the building of grass-roots army base. Introducing the finemanagement to the Armed Police Force is of great significance. Widen the idea of forcemanagement, enhance the ability ofmanagement cadres, give a better solution to thecurrent problems of basic units and improve working standards.
