On The Legalization Of Public Security Organ’Media Reply System

"Properly treat and utilize the media proves the Party’s administrating ability and the level of public management" At the information age, the Medias share a high-speed development, all of us utilize and depend the information any time. At the transformation period of law enforcement about administration construction of the Rule of Law and the promotion of democracy, the media is considered to be a useful way to tighten supervision and reflect the people’s will.As a government department which contacts with the masses most frequently and directly, public security organ always stands in the spotlight of various contradictions and crisis due to its special social role. Media highly-developed、 stronger requirements of the people’s right to know and the more transparency about the supervision of public opinion, in the context, the public security organ can not avoid to face the media. In the new century, how to acquaint、 response and utilize the media properly in order to increase the image and promote our work, is an important task of the public security organ.Through analyzing the styles of media reply and the legal problems in it, this paper tries to give some suggestions to the media replying practice based on the discussing about the legalization of Public Security organ’media reply system.
