Research On Students Village Officers Working Effectiveness

Introducing collage students to village as village officers is a major policydecisions made by the state for services and development of "rural" and supportingthe well-off society and Socialistic new rural.The implementation of the StudentsVillage official project provides a platform which is helpful to collage students’growth. But also of great significance to the stability in rural areas, improvingpeople’s livelihood, promoting the reform and development of new rural in the newsituation, improving the structure of official groups, training train talents andbackbones. In order to standardize and promote the Students Village official project,the state has issued three policy to promote the implementation of the Student Villageproject.During this period, scholars have paid more attention to the Students Villageofficial project and do some research from different views: some scholars do theresearch about the reason to implement the project from the background of "project";some scholars explore the ways and means to build a long-term mechanism of“project” from the building of “project”; some scholars discuss the problems in theimplementation of and put forward new solutions from the practice. This paper studythe implementation and working of Student Village official project in the Yuxi inYunnan province. For questionnaire and interview survey I found there are suchquestions: the thinking and understanding of this project is not clear, the bias of roleawareness, the inadequate of long-term mechanisms. For depth comprehensive andanalysis of this reason and explore the solutions, there are four measures to solvethese problem:first, to strengthen the ideological and political education of the collegestudents officers and improving their political thinking; second, reversingstudents’role cognitive bias and promoting the effectiveness of their work;third,improving the long-term mechanism of the Student Village official project and themanagement of selection, education, training, evaluation and supportingmechanisms;fourth, strengthen the students officers’ entrepreneurial knowledge andskills, to improve the business supporting and protection enhance entrepreneurialcapacity, encourage them to do pioneering work.By the exploration and research, andconstantly sum up experience, choosing the correct path and method to improve thestudents officers’ effectiveness of the work, making innovations in their work, thusboosting the whole “rural”development to provide useful experience to other area.
