As economy rises in China,the societal safety raised new requi-rements on Police Department.Police Department is facing bigger responsibility and more issues to deal with.Due to the insufficient number of first-line police officers,the team of auxiliary police officers was thus created and takes a large portion of police department.Citizens' satisfaction on their works largely influence the overall police reputation.Dalad Banner is located in Erdos,Inner Mongolia,which is the golden triangle area of Baotou,Erdos and Hohhot.Dalad Banner is the north gate of Erdos with population from different backgrounds and higher in transition.The pressure on social safety is increasing.Now,the number police officers in Dalad Banner is hard to satisfy the actual need.The limited number of police officers makes it hard to deal with the increasingly severe social safety problems.The one and only effective way of releasing the pressure caused by lack of police officers and adapting to marketand social security system,is to establish a team of auxiliary police officers.Their major responsibility is to assist police officers to maintain societal safety and other auxiliary works.As the team yearly expands,the auxiliary police officers team now has become the basic composition of Police Department.It plays an essential role in releasing the pressure caused by the insufficient number of basic police officers.Due to the incomplete of promotion,treatment and pressure system,the enthusiasm of auxiliary officers was affected.The instability of auxiliary officers team leads to the drop in working efficiency.Thus,the research on how to increase their working satisfaction is really important.Under this context,this paper will use auxiliary police officers from Dalad Banner as research sample.A survey on Dalad Banner auxiliary police officers' satisfaction to their works was conducted according to the relative basic theories of human resource management.According to the results of surveys,the overall satisfaction level of auxiliary police officers is very low.Among six dimensions,their satisfaction of personal relationships is the highest and payment is the lowest.The paper analyzed the questions existing in auxiliary police officers from Dalad Banner at work,by MDLNS.The organizational atmosphereis very low.The management system is in need of developing and the treatment and payment is unfair.The personal promotion opportunities are also very low.Based on the results,the paper offered suggestions on improving working environments,making career development plan,improving treatment and payment,and improve management model.The paper provide strategies for local police department and auxiliary police officers team to establish a longterm mechanism,and further provide security for safe societal development.
