The close-up of many of the enterprises in the coastal part of eastern China during the financial crisis in2008has made over4300Yongxiu emigrant workers return to our county, the thesis will be committed to the research of the professional skills training and development plan of the migrant workers of Yongxiu county, and analyze the participating and satisfaction level of the migrant workers in the professional skills development, make a practical analysis of the various problems and deficiencies therein, and meanwhile put forward some constructive suggestions so as to perfect the current training system of the migrant workers’ professional skills.Firstly, the thesis systematically put the literature of labor transfer nationwide and internationally and the training of the migrant workers’ professional skills into order, and then chose Yongxiu county as pilot spot of research, carry out survey and descriptive analysis of the current training situation, participation and satisfaction level of the training of the migrant workers of Yongxiu, and then analyze the current situation and plan of foreign professional skills training using contrastive analysis method, summarize experience and inspiration. At last, put forward plans and strategies from the perspectives of the government, the training organization and the migrant workers. The specific thesis frame is as follows:The first chapter, the introduction part introduces the research aim, significance, method and literature review at home and abroad; the second chapter researches concepts and theoretical bases relevant to professional skills training; the third chapter mainly researches the basic condition of workers, including the scope, level, flow, salary of the migrant workers, the supporting strategy, organization, content and form of training; the fourth chapter mainly researches the participation and satisfaction level of the migrant workers toward training, and finds out problems in training; the fifth chapter mainly analyzes the professional training experience of the foreign professional skills, and get inspiration; the sixth chapter put forward suggestions from the three perspectives of the government, training organization and migrant workers through different analyzing methods of the previous five chapters. |
